It seems that adidas has been dropping a lot bombs lately, with the 60th Anniversary celebrations all the world, the ObyO line, the recently announced 3WAY Consortium series, there just seems to be whole lot going but thankfully it’s going right. Now, the brand with the three stripes are continueing their barrage with the release of the SLVR label, a new line offering affordable contemporary pieces that merge elements of high fashion with sportswear design and unique craftsmanship.

The wearable items employ various fabrics and techniques to reduce complexity and enhance creative solutions in the design and production process. An example would be the “Zero Waste Tee” that is made out of a single piece of fabric that was cut just once and employs a single stitch around the the body to create a unique shape. Unfortunately, for now the SLVR line  will only be available in Bangkok, so if you’re in the area do pop by the new adidas SLVR store.

A tonne of pics after the jump.

The adidas SLVR store will open on April 7th, 2009, at Siam Center, G. Fl, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330.
