American graffiti legend Futura has been a long time collaborator with Nike, with the majority of kicks he worked on being limited and highly sought after. This year, he has teamed up once again with Nike to release a pack of Air Force 1s. The pack consists of two highs and two lows, and here we’ll be taking a look at the high-cut versions.

On the surface, the kicks appear to be made over in a premium-material basic-colourway combo that has become a common theme nowadays, but it’s the subtle details that really make these shoes shine. The kicks feature Futura’s designs and fonts on the tongue tags, insoles, lace jewels and beneath the clear outsoles. The designs also extend to the additional laces, whilst it also should be noted that the perforated holes on the heel area are a different size than the ones on the side panels. Not much, but hey, the devil is in the details!

Stay tuned for a look at the low-cut versions, but in the meantime hit the jump for more pics of the highs.

The Futura x Nike ‘Be True’ Air Force 1 High will be available from February 2010 at select Nike Sportswear stockists across South East Asia.
