The first day of the Chinese lunar calender marks the most celebrated festivity for Chinese people around the world, and what has become cutomary in sneakerland is the accompanying release of zodiac animal themed kicks.
In anticipation of the auspicious event, Converse has created what is definetly the biggest collection of Chinese New Year inspired kicks. A number of Converse models – such as the One Star, Weapon, Jack Purcell and Chuck Taylor All-Star – have gotten the celebratory treatment, but will only be available in China.
