This is a surprise, not only because its the first time we’ve featured a pair of heels on this site, but because we just found out these kicks – first spotted on the models at Jeremy Scott’s recent Flintstones-inspired runway show – are actually for adidas’ contemporary SLVR line.
We’ve come to expect the bizarre from Scott’s ongoing Originals by Originals range for adidas, remixing classic sportswear with his signature quirky sense of design, but like most who saw pics from the show we expected these to be part of his main collection. The only adidas branding on the shoes is a tiny SLVR logo on the soles.
Anyhow, although these straight-out-of-Bedrock suede and bone kicks have nothing to do with sportswear, they’re here, they’re desirable and they’re rather limited. Only four pairs – two in magenta and two in black – are available in Singapore exclusively at Front Row. Better make a mad dash over if you want a pair!
