PHANTOMS OF THE OPERA
Coming soon to stores near you is the Asia Pacific exclusive New Balance 576 China Mask pack; part of the 576 20th anniversary celebrations, the pack takes inspiration from the colourful makeup worn by performers of the Chinese opera.
Much like the performers, all three kicks feature distinct characteristics, such as: the usage of embossed graphics on the leather of the reds; detailed patterns on the suede of the oranges; whilst the greens stay simple with less details and an almost singular colour scheme.
Unfortunately for avid Chinese opera fans, these don’t come with a makeup kit and costume for you to complete the outfit; however, we know that New Balance has a trick or two up their sleeves that may ease your disappointment, so keep checking Streething daily for more information.
The New Balance 576 China Mask pack will be available at selected stockists around South East Asia around August 2008.
