Taking inspiration from outdoor jackets, these Japan-designed New Balance MTG580s feature Gore-Tex uppers and optional bungee laces that come complete with those plastic adjuster things that everybody in the Streething team has used since forever, but doesn’t know what they’re actually called. Tech details aside, the various textures and tones used really give these kicks a unique dimension, and as per usual with bright coloured sneakers – only the bold need apply.
The “Outdoor jacket” New Balance MTG580 will hit selected stockists around South East Asia in January 2009.

they’re the ones off jacket cords, not the jordan 6 so we found it funny that almost everyone we know has used one at some point in their life, but most would be stumped to give a technical definition.
