No doubt a lot of you will remember the various Air Force 1 Lux models that have been released over the years, the combination of quality materials and minimal designs were highly coveted by many a sneakerhead. With this new Court Force High Lux pack, Nike launches the Lux category of premium design. Each year, the company will release a handful of Lux models that are characterized by having basic colour palettes and a higher level of craftmanship.
The Court Forces feature premium nubuck uppers as well as a soft glove-like leather inner-lining that requires no break-in. Apart from the Pinwheel logo on the tongue tag and woven Lux wording on the heel, the only other standout detail is the single sail-coloured lace eyelet - a very subtle mark that breaks up the colour monotony and adds a little pop. Expect to see more classics and new innovations being given the lux treatment in the near future.
