Cipher started out in 2003 as an L.A skate footwear brand, but now through some twists and turns has become a Hong Kong-based urban lifestyle label. They’ve just launched their Fall/Holiday ’08 collection which consists of the punk-inspired Seditionary, the low-cut Subterranean and the satin sporting Libertine model.
