Nike has just added the classic Blazer High to their popular “vintage-treated” range of kicks; using some nifty distressing techniques to season the suede uppers to perfection, these joints just meld to your feet once you lace them up. The Blazer silhouette has always been one of the cult favourites in Nike’s line-up, although not as celebrated as the Dunk or Air Force 1, the kicks have the honour of being one of Nike’s slimmest “classic” high-top’s still in production.
While there are many that appreciate it for it’s deep basketball heritage, the slightly lower-profile has also led to the Blazer’s appealing to those looking for a less bulky silhouette. The vintage versions are available in plain red and blue colourways, and we think these will be one of the sleeper hits of the season.
More pics after the jump.
The blue Blazer High is available now at Limited Edt stores in Singapore for SGD139, and will be available soon at the Nike store in Pavilion KL, Malaysia for RM329. Limited Edt also have a small amount of the red Blazer highs in stock.
