A week back, Limited Edt Vault held a pre-release event for the highly anticipated Gore-Tex material and waterproof repellent leathers sporting New Balance MTG580 pack. Apart from allowing peeps to cop the kicks a good few days before the official release date, New Balance Singapore and Limited Edt teamed up to showcase the whole archive of MITA MT580 collabs as well as a preview of some stuff that will be released in the latter half of the year.
The samples included the A20 boots, they’re based on the P580 basketball shoe and employs elements of Native American design. Also, continuing in a similar theme, there’s a CM996 pack that takes inspiration from Asian folklore dressing, and as part of this year’s push for the 99x series, there’ll be some pastel coloured CM998s in wolverine suede leather. Also to be noted, the it seems that the MTG580 “outdoor jacket” inspired theme will carry on, as there’ll be a pack of gradient colourways to be released.
