From out of nowhere, Nike comes out with the Sidewinder - a pair of slippers that combine the rugged durability of the ACG line, with the environmentally-conscience Considered technology.

The Sidewinder features a Zoom Air cushion unit sandwiched in between the sticky-rubber outsole and cork-like upper; the layers are bound together by threads on the side rather than glue, you can bend the slipper in half and see each layer flex individually.

Tech specs aside, the Sidewinder is a hell of a comfy slipper that can be worn all day and can withstand various conditions. It also helps that they don’t look too shabby either.

The Nike Sidewinder is currently available at selected Nike stockists around South East Asia.

Japanese brand Garni has been making waves with their handcrafted jewelry and accessories - with the Skull Rings being one of their most in-demand items. The Deco Skull Ring collection uses an interesting variety of base colours, whilst swamping the skulls in Swarovski crystals. A lot of people question what more can be done with the “skull ‘n’ bones” in fashion, and it seems that Garni manages to answer that with each new release.

Gentai, US, have received stock of the Deco Skull Rings, whilst the only official Garni stockist within South East Asia is Know It Nothing, SIngapore.
