Following on the teaser pictures released online a while back, adidas Originals have finally unveiled their forthcoming Star Wars collection for Spring/Summer ‘10. For the first season, the collection takes inspiration from three different aspects of the movie and divides them into packs: the Characters Pack, the Vehicles Pack and the Direct Pack.

The Characters Pack will feature iconic Star Wars characters being fused into five sneaker silhouettes and three apparel styles. The Vehicles Pack takes inspiration from well known land and space transport from the movie, including the X-Wing Fighter and the Millennium Falcon. Finally, the Direct Pack takes on iconic moments from various episodes and portrays them on both sneakers and apparel alike.

Here’s a closer look at the latest women’s collaboration series between adidas Originals and English fashion label PPQ. The collection has been given a classic look with a monotone colour scheme and designs that revolve around the Trefoil logo. Highlights of the collection includes the Stirup Pants, Quilted Mittens, Pumps and the Mohammed Ali’s boxing boot inspired high-tops. Check them out after the jump.

The PPQ for adidas Originals collection will be available from November ‘09 at adidas Originals stores and select fashion retailers across South East Asia.

Here’s a follow up on the adidas Consortium City Series, which was first released last month. The second drop features Norse Projects from Copenhagen, Slam Jam from Milan, Sneakersnstuff from Stockholm, and DQM from New York. Expect them to drop soon at adidas Consortium accounts worldwide, which for South East Asia would be Limited Edt Vault, Singapore.

Here’s a look at the latest footwear installment from the adidas Originals Vespa collection – the Vespa PX Mid. They’re made from a combination of suede and leather, and sport a stripey inner-lining as well as other Vespa details. In comparison to other models in the range, The Vespa PX Mid features a wider and less slim silhouette.

SLVR, adidas’ contemporary fashion line,  will soon be unleashing a new capsule collection geared towards frequent travelers. The collection, dubbed the ‘Travel Pack’, consists of modern takes on essential pieces.

The guys range consists of a waterproof black blazer, French Terry reversible jacket, fitted shirt and a classic black cotton twill pant with a modern fit, whilst the womens range includes a black placket nylon dress, as well as slim black sweat pants. Just in time for the end-of-year-holidays, be sure to check them out.

As part of the Five-Two-3 collection, adidas Originals have teamed up with US hip-hop record label Def Jam to release the ‘Music Pack’. The collection again features five signature adidas kicks designed by Def Jam and a clutch of their artists. The pack consists of a Method Man Superstar, Redman Stan Smith, Ghostface Forum Mid, as well as a Samba and Nizza by Def Jam. Hit the jump for more pictures.

Here’s the official video for the upcoming collaboration project between Ransom Clothing and adidas Originals. Not only were these kicks made mighty pretty, but they’ve been built to withstand some heavy wear and tear as well. Check the video out to see what we mean.

The Ransom by adidas Originals Collection will be exclusively available at adidas Originals Stores and select adidas stockists worldwide from November ‘09.

The City Series is the latest collection from adidas’ top-tier Consortium range of footwear, and sees designs by premium adidas retailers from various cities around the world. The first drop from the collection features Undefeated from L.A., Sole Service from Oslo, Bodega from Boston and Solebox from Berlin. As usual with the Consortium releases, they’re only available at Consortium account holders, and the only place in South East Asia to officialy get your hands on them is Limited Edt Vault – so hurry over and get yours before they’re all gone.
