Limited Edt’s (LE) Jordan 23 launch saw Jordan junkies from afar as Hong Kong and even Madagascar, come for the very first Nike endorsed Jordan event in South-East Asia.
To mark his royal airness’ last ever pair of numbered J’s, Limited Edt (LE) has put together the largest collection of Air Jordan kicks to ever be exhibited in Singapore. From this Sunday (Feb 23, 08), over 200 pairs of retros, vintage and rare air will be on show to the general public at their Queensway branch. However, at 7pm today there will be an exclusive invite-only preview for members of the LE Jordan Club and friends. Peeps attending the event will also be treated to a screening of a video tribute to Michael Jordan, specially made by LE. Also, the only 9 pairs of Jordan 23 All-Star’s allocated to Singapore will be balloted , whilst the Stealth’s will be on sale and there will be 23 prizes to be given away in a lucky draw. Unfortunately, the Jordan 23 Titanium’s are for display only.

The team consists of these four talented designers: -
Syagini Ratna Wulan or Cagi studied Fine Art at ITB and gained her master from Goldsmiths College, University of London in 2006. She was the fashion editor for (R.I.P) Trolley magazine and also Ripple magazine. As an artist she is known for her surreal yet edgy works. She has exhibited her works in Bandung, Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Plymouth and Tokyo.
Maria Agnes studied fashion merchandising at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Fashion Design at Esmod Jakarta and has received Esmod Special Jury Award in 2005. Considering herself a juggler, she balances gracefully between modelling all over Asia, doing commercials, movies and taking up fashion design, including being a freelance designer for Biasa Bali.
Klet draws her inspirations from random thoughts and memories. This talented young designer won Esmod’s Best Design Interpretation in 2001 and has been working abroad and involved in numerous world-class fashion brands. For this project, she brings a best bud. A simple cut denim with a twist that girls would want to be together with for life.
Resida is a fashion editor and emerging designer. Graduated last year from Raffles Design Institute, Singapore, she has been engaged in various freelance design works for labels and projects. Her enigmatic design for 16DS comes from the concept of a man trapped in a woman’s body with a distinct dash of biker culture influence.
