Designed by New Balance UK and assembled by Super Team 33, the Fanzine collection draws inspiration from the cut and paste aesthetic that has been an ever present since the start of youth culture. ST33 takes its name from the elite group of US based factory workers and just like the passion and dedication applied to zines throughout the years from the punks to acid house to sneakers to football casuals and alternative bands, the same handcrafted approach is taken to produce a Super Team 33 New Balance.
The M1400 is released in three colourways that hark back to the available fanzine paper colour options. Blue red and black plush leather uppers are finished with photocopy midsole detail and fanzine sock liners.
