Air Jordan XX3 Basketball

Thursday, January 31st, 2008

jball4.jpg

In celebrating the release of Air Jordan XX3, Jordan Brand has designed an Air Jordan XX3 basketball inspired by the theme “There is No Brand Without the Man“. In general, the ball is a highly stylized timeline - which begins with the defining elements of the man (Michael Jordan), but mostly focuses on the time where the defining elements of the brand (product, advertising, etc.) and the man are inextricably linked. This timeline then fades out using a repeating argyle pattern into an unknown, but promising future. Some elements are more overt, some are discrete discovery elements. Even the way the graphics are applied (e.g. laser etching) relates back to the specific iconic Jordan products (Jordan was the first to laser etch a shoe).

This AJXX3 Basketball is only available exclusively at Nike Basketball Account such as Hoop Station and others in the region

Puma Updates

puma-basket-68.jpg

Puma continues to show us some freshness with the Puma Basket 68 Comic Book Print and the Puma XR Jurrasic pack. First off is the Puma Basket 68 Comic Book Print. Inspired by comic from the 70s, we really dig the pop art graphic on the shoes. Two main based color schemes are available, Yellow and Black.

Another pack is this particular XR Runner model under the pretense of a Jurassic theme features a reptile-esque texture upper in either blue or red. We are not big fan of reptile skins on kicks but they are pretty unique looking pair of shoes.

pointer-4.jpg

Established in 2004, Pointer was created with the aim of making simple, well-designed casual shoes in response to a market then saturated with increasingly technical trainers and hyped-up limited edition sneakers. Pointer employs people it likes, from artists to interns; based in London, the company is backed by a creative stable of friends and co-conspirators, inspired and informed by everything from art and music to skateboarding and breakfast. You check out their interview on SlamXHype and Hypebeast

know it nothing is proud to announce that Pointer Footwear has made it’s way in store. Pointer are without a doubt one of the better footwear brands out there breaking necks and making good stuff that will stand the test of time.

Outside of Japan, Singapore will be the only other country in Asia to stock Pointer Footwear. Our store is alongside the likes of Slam Jam in Italy, Size? in the UK, American Rag Cie in Japan and the US, The Reed Space in Japan and the US, United Arrows and other fine stores to host Pointer Footwear.
